Rio Vista gave birth to six warriors who completed 60 classes in 10 weeks at our very own state of the art infrared yoga studio. One of the newest businesses to open in town -Rio Hot Yoga- is offering a premier service in our city by the water. It is here that many of our students challenged themselves to renew their body and mind with 60 days of hot yoga. This was not easy but well worth it. Here’s what the challengers have to say,
Brandy Davis

Rio Hot Yoga 26 and 2 with the 60 day challenge has been a transformative journey for me, sculpting my body and calming my mind in ways I never thought possible. It has become my daily dose of healing, confidence, and vitality.

I joined the Rio Hot Yoga Studio Jan 2023. Not knowing what to expect I just hoped I would get in shape. What I have gotten from the studio has been so much more than just that. Yes I did get in shape physically, but I also gained friendships, additional energy and improved daily habits. This studio has created such a positive impact on my life, as well as my fellow Yogis. I can’t thank Jacob and Heather Meyers enough for bringing something so “HOT” to Rio Vista!
What is infrared heat and how can it transform you? Combined with the humidity, practicing yoga in an infrared heated room has many healing benefits. Infrared alone is one of the leading therapies available today. The benefits include detoxification, pain relief, relaxation, increased circulation, skin purification, boosting the immune system and lowering of blood pressure. All stress relieving qualities. Stress is believed to be the number one cause of all diseases including infectious ones. Combine this with a proven method of yoga that improves your overall range of motion and joint stability, improves lung capacity and respiratory system, promotes weight loss and strengthens the heart. You have a powerful combination for your well-being.
