Janey Callahan-Chin Memorial Scholarship

Caroline Upham is this year’s 2021 recipient of the Janey Callahan-Chin Memorial Scholarship for the Arts. She received a check for $1000.00. Caroline graduated Rio Vista High School with honors and plans to attend UC Santa Barbara in the fall. She’ll be studying environmental sciences while enjoying the beauty of living in the area.
