On June 2, 2020, the Soroptimist International Club of Rio Vista virtually Installed new officers and members. Kay Kelley was elected to another one-year term as president. Mingo Greco was also elected to serve another one-year term as vice president. Donna Kiecker was elected as Secretary, Laurie Oleksiewicz will serve as treasurer for an additional one-year term. Lynn Oesterle was elected as assistant treasurer, and Susan Whitesell, will serve on the board and community liaison.
We also inducted a new member Adeline Sullivan.
President Kelley thanks outgoing board members Deborah Roden Wanda Apel and Greta Jenkins for their dedication and hard work over the past several years. All had taken on many leadership roles.
Soroptimist will continue its work by meeting via computer technology as needed over the summer and hope to go back to some iteration of a face to face meeting in the fall. We appreciate all of the community support that we receive and will continue to serve in these difficult times.
