The Isleton Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce, with great
pride, the installation of 36 new banners uptown and downtown Main
Street. They represent the past, present, and future with 3 beautiful
Marty Stanley prints depicting the Bing Kong Tong, The Crawdad
Festival, and the new Delta Winery trails. Each banner was sponsored
by a Chamber member and they are grateful for their participation in
this revitalization effort.
They have much to be excited about in the coming months. A new Main
Street directional sign at the split off Hwy 160 should be installed
by mid June. The Chamber is working on a self guided history walk
starting at the new city parking lot. They will have 18 plaques with
colorful facts about the historic buildings in downtown Isleton.
Plus they will be launching their updated Facebook page to include
current events and happenings for our Chamber Members in the Delta
area. They can be reached through their FB Page messenger and will be
able to respond quickly to any questions or inquiries. The chamber
welcomes all clubs, groups and visitors to Isleton and would be happy
to help you plan your events.
They were impressed with the visit from the Sacramento Yacht Club in
April. There were about 25 beautiful yachts docked at the Isleton
Fishing Pier. Our City restrooms are currently available for visitors
as well.
They will continue to welcome all new businesses and guests to our
designated Asian Historical District and look forward to your visit.
