10 Years Since Beacon Publisher Passed Away

10 years ago on April 30th, 2010 Harry Green publisher/owner of the Rio Vista Beacon passed away.

Harry loved Rio Vista and enjoyed writing about the community.

He was an excellent writer, and his favorite thing was writing about businesses in town. Even having a column called “Faces and Places.”

He would be so thrilled with all the progress that has happened in the city.

As far as the COVID-19. Harry would be doing everything he possibly could, to help residents and businesses through this tough time.

He was a big man, with a big heart, and greatly missed.
